Delete UX improvement: Only allow deleting of empty notes

It would make NV idiot proof if users were compelled to empty out a note before allowing delete. This could be an optional feature enabled via preferences so it doesn't get in the way for those who delete notes frequently.

I have noticed this and similar UX patterns elsewhere. Github compels you to type repo name. GMail allows undo. Other programs move to trash while others still require contents to be emptied out before deletion. Either of these pattern are designed to overcome accidental deletion and/or recovery.

NV does allow you to undo deleting notes.
