update to crates.io substrate upon 2.0.0

wait until 2.0.0 is released.
Then upgrade to that commit
Then change toml to depend on crates.io instead of git repos
however, this will cause extra work if we depend on future substrate PR's (less and less likely to happen though)

tried 2.0.0-alpha.5
didn't find node-primitives on crates.io.
So I guess we should stick with git for now

started from fresh node-template, so no PR, but entirely fresh repo....
