Logo Image on NavBarLogo.tsx doesn't change when in gatsby develop mode

When editing in Gatsby Develop mode, when I change the NavLogo reference in SiteNavLogo.tsx to
another image, the NavLogo doesn't update.

I have also edited the website-config.ts file to point to the same image, but this doesn't work either.
