Get memes from the web instead of from file

The extdata folder is getting very large (~9mb) and it would be nice if we could pull the memes from the web instead of keeping them all in the package for CRAN.

I'd like to help with this one. I have some thoughts on design, but wanted to see if you had planned anything before throwing my ideas out there.

I remember seeing someone this year writing an R package to easily pull memes into R from one of the meme maker sites (e.g. Know Your Meme) but I can't find it right now.
