Provide clearer instructions for getting help

Right now it can be difficult to get help for Sculpin. Need to get that sorted out. Using gh issues isn't the best way for site building help (it's geared toward bugs), and IRC is too infrequently monitored. Some of the other recommended places are even less frequently checked.
