The metrics names and descriptions in net.cc are not clear

net/net.cc holds a bunch of queue metrics.
The queue name should be a label not part of the name.
The metric group is the plugin name, this probably should be a label also, unless there's a good reason I'm missing.
The metrics descriptions should be cleaner (remove the 'this metric part')
