half the screen is black

i get very bad performance when this happens, plus another black square pops up at a certain angle, just why though? its been happening for days.

I'm having the same issue. But I haven't even got it to work once. A black screen covers the about 80% of the screen, I can only see if I look down. The only thing over the black screen is the user interface for characters health.
