Tills without cash drawers / printers

We need a way to configure tills that don't have cash drawers (or receipt printers). Attempting to use either of these features should pop up a message asking the user to move to a till that has this facility.
Affects the Cash payment method, the Card payment method, the register and the food ordering system.
