Looks like the RTD docs didn't get regenerated during the last release:

Seems our docs environment on travis has been broken since the Python3 upgrade, thanks for letting us know.

I'm working on it but for the time being people can build the docs locally using (#90) as a temporary workaround by running:
tox -e docs

master & stable both include latest changes, it seems RTD latest tag points to the intial commit.
