RTL support for Hebrew or Arabic users

Hi i am trying to add RTL support for Arabic locale, and main difficulty i am facing is converting .less files to css. If you guys may provide me compiled css, it will be a very big help. Thank you very much.

It should automatically compile the files if you have it in development mode!
