Switch to Desktop Shortcuts working for Win-Shift 1 through 9, but when I click Win-Shift 0, it opens the 10th app on my taskbar

Somehow, Win-Shift is overriding the default Windows behavior of Win 1 opens the first app on the taskbar, etc.
But, when it gets to Win-Shift 0, it reverts to seeing the Win 0, and opens my 10th app.
Very excited about this by the way. I've been using Dexpot, which the latest Win10 broke.
