[Feature Request] Pin Programs to Desktops

It would be nice to be able to pin programs to specific desktops and when they are started always move them to that desktop

Also, to have specific programs that automatically get pinned to all desktops.
E.g., I like to have my Gmail "app" available on all desktops.

Not sure if this should be its own feature request, but I think it falls under the same category as this one.
