I have read the CONTRIBUTING guidelines

It seems that instead of Slack now Discord is used for discussions. There are still pointers to Slack in the README.md and the Issue Template.

It would also be good to update things like the old gitter forwarding message to point to discord instead of slack. I can't find the discord link anywhere

Hi @kaeawc, I'll go through all the templates to find any outdated links. BTW, our Discord server link can be found on the landing page of our website.
