Not sure what is missing at this point apart from: seeking and lots of minor details/features and cleanup at least. And #15

Should be compared with the the C demuxer: https://cgit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-plugins-good/tree/gst/flv/gstflvdemux.c
