Denied permission

Hello, I am trying to finish the building process with "cargo cinstall -p gst-plugin-cdg --prefix=/usr", but the permission is getting denied. I used the command with sudo, however, cinstall doesn't get recognized. Setting the owner of the home dir of cargo didn't help as well.
