UI translation

Thank you for this great open source launcher.
I think a really useful feature would be to allow us to translate the UI without having to upload any translation files.
This could be done with a mechanism similar to the one used to rename apps on the home screen. It could be added as an "experimental" option inside the "options" menu, and allow users to set their custom strings for: "options", every option inside that menu and even a custom suffix for the 12-h time format would be useful.

If the goal here is to make it easier to translators to get involved in the project, then I would recommend the project maintainers setup something like https://crowdin.com to make adding translations less technical.
Beyond actual translations, if you want to be able to have low-level control over the text displayed in the app it seems like you may just want to create a fork since trying to maintain such a feature (and keep it from breaking other things) could get tricky.
