NoMethodError upon creating page when returning false for self.in_menu

In current radiant edge (4c1bbcc), when returning false for self.in_menu for a specific page class (i.e. ArchivePage), upon editing that page you get a NoMethodError for evaluating nil.detect. I forked your extension and fixed it but I'm not sure if this is really the right way.
