when imbedded Full Screen enabled atom window size unable to be adjusted

when making a video full screen in the browser (like on youtube), Atom can no longer be minimized or have the window size adjusted... if Atom window is not full screen already it will makes it full screen...
the full screen function should only apply to the video in the browser viewport

You can do that by prssing f11 again

When I press f11 I can no longer take the video out of full screen mode (but it does give me access to the Atom window sizing options)
