Move cron job to Sunday morning

The time that Leetcode updates their company metadata is sometime on Saturday. With #210, we're now retrieving the metadata automatically, but todays cron job missed the update - see the latest manual run by myself.
Let's look to update it to run weekly at 5:00am PT/8:00am ET on Sunday morning!
