After Rolling 7, Cannot Remove Decimal Cards

We have the decimal trade on (which I really enjoy- nice touch) but after rolling a 7, we can't get rid of, say, 2.32 sheep and a few wheat. It keeps saying we need to get rid of more cards, but when you try to remove more of them, it changes back.

So it says "need to discard -0.00 more cards" but if I go from -2.32 sheep to -2.33, it switches back to -2.32, not allowing me to discard what I would like to get rid of.

To be clear, if we don't have enough of one card to get rid of, that means the discard window cannot be closed, so we're currently stuck.
