same issue for me with yggtorrent...

I downgraded addon in version 0.9.3 and it's Okay.

I tested in 0.10: failed.

tried to downgrade but version 0.9.3 did not add any task from contextual menu nor adding it manualy from addon buton.
Use to work before with 0.9.x
Tried uninstalling and clean reinstall, still not working with any 0.9.x or 0.10.x

It needs a fix. It's not working for me too. Say all the way (HTTP, HTTPS) permission denied. but previously was working

version: 0.10.2
firefox: 80.0.1 x64 windows

Are you adding downloads that use a .torrent file, or are you using magnet links?

Do you get timeouts with other sites? You can use https://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/current/amd64/bt-cd/debian-10.9.0-amd64-netinst.iso.torrent (from https://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/current/amd64/bt-cd/, in case the link goes stale) as an example of another .torrent to test.

@miovee "permission denied" errors are probably unrelated. If you're using two-factor auth, know that I was recently forced to break it (#7; though it was never officially supported). If you aren't, I suggest hitting "test connection and save" to reset your login session in case something else changed.

DL from your link (debian .torrent) works well from contextual menu. From other publics trackers (like TPB.org) magnet links works well to from contextual menu too.
On YGG, they use torrent files (https://www4.yggtorrent.li/engine/download_torrent?id=735478 for example allow me to DL a .torrent). Trying to DL from contextual menu fail (timeout) but if I add the .torrent manualy directly in DownloadStation it works well.

Thank you @sushione for doing that check for me.

I believe I have fixed the issue in 0.10.3, which is now available for Firefox. Please try it out and let me know!

Yes it's working !
Thank you

Great!
