Either make Customizer view the default, or provide a mechanism to force it to be shown

The big advantage which this offers is that it allows naÏve users to access OpenSCAD projects --- folks who will not be inclined to edit code, and will even be put off by seeing it.
The Customizer makes this much more accessible to folks, and it would be nice to even have an option to disable showing the code.
