Describe the bug
I disabled integration with third-party applications, but they are still present in the panel settings

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Settings'
  2. Click on 'Integrations'
  3. Disable all items
  4. Edit menu. And you will see all default app (WeChat, Wiz, Instpaper, Evernote)

Expected behavior
If I disable integration, I don't want to see these apps in settings anymore

will fix this bug in next version.

note: when enable /disable in intergrations, need reset menu in article detail page and then see the change.
