Angular Storybook: Theme setting does not propagate to iframes

Storybook renders Angular components in iframes, and when setting the theme in Storybook to dark mode, it does not get propagated correctly to the iframes, causing components to render in light mode, but against dark background.

This is not valid anymore since upgrade to SB 7
