Implement custom date range

Current implementation take current date and build data around now and 13 months earlier. This ticket is about providing a UI to set different range.

Current range makes sense as we often display a year as part of the report view. Might be nice to have two years.

Also would be interesting to be able to generate a MASSIVE data set for stress testing the app. 10 years could be a first start.
