How to update package ?

Hi,
I installed the package some time ago. I've started to modify the menu, some texts, add some pages etc . But how can I update to the latest version published on Github without losing my changes ?

Like other composer packages, there is no file outside the vendor folder that will be touched by the update except if you force the publication with the artisan command vendor:publish
