Create a Windows 10 x64 standalone executable. Preferable zipped or with an msi installer.

Add publish step to build.cake
Add package (zip or msi) to build.cake
Add release step to build.cake to put newest version to Github releases
Add integration test to build.cake
Update readme.md with documentation for new distribution type
