BugSplat Key Crash 89826
This is the top crasher for Featurettes. This crash did occur in previous branches but the frequency has increased in Featurettes.

Passed QA.
Verified on the Second Life Release 7.1.8.9357006492 (64bit) on Win10/OSX in the scope of IQA #249.
No crashes were detected during testing.

Reopened. This issue is present in Release 7.1.8.9375512768 Featurettes.
This crash is # 3 when sorted by Count, # 8 when sorted by Users affected.

looks to be fixed as of DeltaFPS 7.1.10
