Change input for wakeword and wakeword syllables to be stored in JSON file

Much like the JSON file that stores the wakeword and wakeword syllables in the model maker, it might be good to have this for the wakeword data collector, so that users don't have to type in there wakeword or wakeword syllables for each run.

Perhaps it would be good to add in the name of the user and any important labels into the JSON file. Then when a user stores the collector IDE, it loads from the JSON file.
