wpscan not working

Describe the bug
When trying to start a wpscan the scan will fail due to an "ImagePullBackof"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install wpscan
  2. Install old-wordpress
  3. execute wpscan against old-wordpress
  4. See error

Expected behavior
The wpscan is able to scan the target and store some results
