Can't change bluetooth MAC address..(Can't write new address)

Hi, I want to do MAC cloning.
but, The following error occurs during the change bluetooth MAC address...
plz help..

Advertise with cloned MAC address

Can't write new address
Re-plug the interface and hit enter

solved... my old bluetooth dongle supported bluetooth 2.0.......
