Windows start menu icon is blank

I am using Windows Server 2019 and after installing the latest version 0.7.40 I tried to look for the software link in the start menu, however the extrermqt program icon is "blank" white.
It should be fixable since manually I can change the icon properly.

This should be fixed now in 0.75.0.
