Cannot resize window, cannot use scroll bar, elements below visible area

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click tabs
2.(OR) Right-Click Name
3.(OR) Resize Window
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-Screen seems to extend below desktop space. Horizontal scroll bar disappears.
Some elements of the side-bar turn black. Window cannot be resized, only
maximized.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
-Version 0.6.12 Branch Version 20.7 - Windows 7 Service Pack 1
Please provide the "run.log" file in the "log" directory of DwarfTherapist
when this error occurred.
