New environment variables list:
- Spotify Client ID:
SPOTPG_SPOTIFY_CLIENT_ID - Spotify Client Secret:
SPOTPG_SPOTIFY_CLIENT_SECRET
UI updates:
- Spotify Client ID and Spotify Client Secret setting fields should be read-only on Settings page.
- Spotify Client ID and Spotify Client Secret setting fields should not display real values (security)
