To build with Eprosima FastRTPS, make sure that you are calling CMake with -DTHIRDPARTY=ON
:
cd middleware_evaluation
git submodule update --init --recursive
mkdir build && cd build
cmake -DTHIRDPARTY=ON ..
make -j
