[BUG] Facing local installation error

If you are trying to build on windows then please make sure you install the required dependencies with the package manager chocolatey: https://docs.sei.io/develop/get-started/local-dependencies#windows

Make sure you are using WSL (powershell may work but I have not tested it). Make sure you are installing and building with the required system privileges. Filepaths are known to cause issues on Windows so start there with your troubleshooting

My system requirements are not up to the marks that's why I was facing errors, I even tried it on ubuntu but later did I know that I need 64gb of ram
