localhost:8080 404s

Sometimes when I run docker-compose up and hit localhost:8080, I get the login form as expected, but sometimes I only get 404s with nothing in logs. I haven't been able to yet isolate why it works sometimes but not others.

Nevermind. I had another process that was messing up my port 8080.
