can't remove one entry

We have an entry with an name and Username . If we try to delete it, all seems ok, but the entry persists. The log only says "auditlog: user deleted 'enty-name' (53928:53935)"

Secrets cannot be removed entirely. They will always remain in the system, but only visible to admins. Try updating to the latest master where deleted items get a badge to indicate that status.
