suhosin.memory_limit in ini file

Just wanted to pay your attention at ini file where memory_limit goes right after SQL Injection section (wrong place?) and also:

; This class of features is experimental and still in development. As of Suhosin
; version 0.9.36 only preliminary MySQL and Mysqli support was added.

is a part of memory_limit setting description...

also suhosin.cookie.plainlist mentioned under Filtering Options while it belongs to Transparent Encryption section?
