Update 1.7.10 version

Nope. 1.7.10 is dead and will not recieve updates.

I do not have the time to work on old plus new and if I had to keep updating 1.7.10 id rather stop modding and focus on other projects.

This isnt something thats up to debate or opinion, its just not going to happen.
