Web UI on port 80

Only a few bridges are shown by default. To access others, a whitelist.txt file must be created in /app that contains either * or a list of specific bridge names (one per line) to be shown. This file doesn't seem to be editable from within the web UI. I made mine available via path config:

• Name: Whitelist
• Container Path: /app/whitelist.txt
• Host Path: /mnt/user/appdata/rss-bridge/whitelist.txt
