The external-program test sutie hangs on ECL

It was discovered on ecl-11.1.1-606449eb-linux-x86 and Quicklisp 2012-03-07 (external-program-20111001-git)

Probably it was an ECL bug.
This message reports that a similar bug is fixed in ECL now, we will see if it helps:

In the newer versions of ECL the test suite doesn't hang anymore.
