Suggestion: Option to add download delay between segments

Hi I love your program and use it often ;)
I have one suggestion, that is provide an option to add a few seconds of delay between downloading segments (*.ts), as it appear more legit and not cause bursty traffic to the target server, so it looks less suspicious to their admins.
