Fava can't load beancount url when first adding the folder, only works after restarting workspace.

Bug Description:

When running beancolage from a clean start (e.g. reset workspace, no folders opened), then adding a folder and opening beancount file, fava doesn't seem to return a 404 error on the file, even when the log shows that supposedly the appropriate file arguments were passed.

The workaround at the moment is to close then relaunch beancolage.
