Bundle updates for new files

We have new documentation in migration/v13.0. They need to be copied and we want the links to be patched as well. We also have references in the release notes and migration documentation to model documentation - those links should be patched as well.

@sa-bpelakh I'm not sure if this is what you were planning to do in PR #1116 when you referred to "bundle drivers," but that PR got merged without any bundle updates.

Figure out what to do about links in migration md files - need to add to patching local links, presumably.
