NEW SCP version CRASH QGIS

Hello,
I updated SCP plugin in QGIS LTR 3.28.10, and the scp plugin is not appearing anymore. When trying to uncheck it in the extension list, this crash qgis.
Same behavior twice, after restarting qgis.

I unistalled qgis 3.28.10 ans installed 3.28.11 (last LTR), and tryed again uncheck/check scp extension --> qgis crash
i trayed reinstal scp --> qgis crash
