Calculated Signatures are all Zero

Issue

When attempting to compute signatures from a training layer, the resulting signature plot shows zero for every band. Trying to classify the scene then throws an error.

The histogram for the virtual band set confirms that the bands are not all zero, and it otherwise displays in QGIS as expected.

Strangely, the plugin sometimes works as expected. However, this problem persists in the majority of cases.
