Berücksichtigung neuer Inzidenz-Grenze 165 für verpflichtenden Distanzunterricht

...dementsprechend Anpassung in Legende und Farbgebung, - evtl. so in der Art:

...statt bisher:
While I can follow the rational behind the suggested legend, it doesn't describe a decent coloring very well. Since @semohr does his work in context of science, I'm also not sure if he is willing to integrate deliberately chosen, not yet agreed upon thresholds from potentially upcoming legislation every now and then, which we as parents feel obliged to follow.
Having said that... Here's the PR: #8
I'm not opposing to the idea but let's wait for the decision from the parliament on Wednesday. We can keep the issue and pr open until than.
