Steps to reproduce

Create, receive, submit, verify and publish a set of ARs

Current behavior

Choosing additional attachments for E-Mail publication was introduced with #19 recently.
In case of reports of multiple ARs there are offered attachments of the first AR only.
The attachments of the following ARs are missing.

Expected behavior

Attachments of all involved ARs are offered in E-Mail publication.

@ramonski yes, indeed.
Some of our clients need the original JPG files of images additionally. This works like a charm, but only for the first sample in the report.
So in the current state it is kind of a bug for multireports.

But this issue IMO would be a great improvement, as you could upload and join any kind of data file (e.g. PDF, CSV, raw data) as a real attachment with the final report clients would receive.
I don't know if other users need this or even thought about that...
