Create an "update Senzing in-place" docker image

Currently to update Senzing in-place in a formation (Cloudformation, Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc.) the SSHD container is used.

It would be nice to have a docker container that is run as a job (i.e. run to completion) that updates Senzing.
